Michael D. Peterson was raised in Ventura California, and is compelled to serve the surrounding communities, where earned his degrees, and is raising his family. He has over a decade of experience dealing with a multitude of insurance related issues, including coverage disputes, denial of claims, lowball offers to settle and unfair claims handling practices. Michael has experience defending individuals accused of various levels of crimes, from traffic infractions to felonies. If you are accused of any crime, he has the knowledge and experience to help. Michael also has extensive experience in estate planning, including drafting simple wills to complex trusts and everything in between. But, there is more to Michael than his legal abilities.

Michael is a passionate attorney, but he is also a husband and father. When not working, Michael enjoys family time, playing a variety of musical instruments, motorcycles, and cooking.
